Conducting an arbitration and rendering an award involves complex intellectual processes that go far beyond the strictly legal aspect.
To look at these processes, the APA Sub-40 Council has organised a webinar for Wednesday, 11 November at 18:00, via Zoom. The webinar is entitled Decision making behind the scenes and features an interview with Jan Kleinheisterkamp conducted by Raquel Galvão Silva, in which different aspects of the decision-making process in arbitration will be addressed.
