The Portuguese Arbitration Association and Centro de Estudos Judiciários (Judicial Studies Center) have concluded a Cooperation Protocol aimed at deepening the longstanding relationships between the institutions and their respective members over more than a decade. The protocol also establishes a commitment to collaborate on the development of scientific activities focusing on the subject of voluntary arbitration.
